Are all sales final?

Yes. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

Do you accept exchanges?

Exchanges may be requested within 5 days of delivery. Hair must be unused, unaltered, and in original condition to qualify.

How long does processing take?

In-stock orders process within 7–10 business days. Pre-orders process within 10–15 business days. Processing time does not include shipping.

When will my order ship?

Once processing is complete, your order will ship according to the carrier selected at checkout. Tracking details are provided once your order leaves our care.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed. Please review all details carefully before completing your purchase.

What happens if my package is delayed?

Once an order has shipped, delivery timelines are managed by the carrier. Pluto Hair Co. is not responsible for carrier delays.

What if my package is marked delivered but I didn’t receive it?

We are not responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier. Please contact the carrier directly for further assistance.
