All sales are final. Refunds are not offered. Exchanges may be requested within 5 days of delivery. Hair must remain unused, unaltered, and in original condition. 

CONDITION & USE

Hair must remain unused and unaltered to qualify for exchange consideration. Used hair is not eligible under any circumstance.
